Everything was happening at once

I was having friend, family and school problems - everything was happening at once and I was becoming stressed. I usually don't like asking people for help so I kept it inside, but then I got onto this site and was talking to a counsellor about things and they gave me the strength to go to my school counsellor and talk about them with her. Everything got better and I opened up to my friends more and didn't realise how much they were worried about me. Without this site things probably would have gotten worse and I'm very thankful even though I had only had 2 sessions.
