Didn't trust anyone

I use too think life was pointless. I didn't trust anyone because I didn't believe anyone could help me. Then one day I realised i couldn't deal with everything that was going on in my life that made me upset, on my own anymore. So I started off talking to a counsellor online then I built my confidence to call. Now I call my counsellor on a regular basis. Kids Helpline has helped me so much.
