Massive fight with mum

Just recently my mum and I had a massive fight, and she had put the blame of everything that is happening, because I had made a disclosure about my stepdad sexually assaulting me a few years ago and a few months ago.
Also my mum had said that I ruined her life and that I am lying. Hearing my own mum say that hurt me alot and all I could do was cry because she had upset me greatly. I couldn't calm myself down so I called Kids Helpline and spoke to the counsellor that I normally talk to about everything that is going on and he helped calm me down a lot. He could tell that I was really distressed about what my mum had said to me.
Without Kids Helpline, I don't know what I would have done. Thankyou Kids Helpline and the counsellor I talk to - you guys help me out alot, you do a great job, keep it up.
