Respectful Relationships Respectful relationships form the basis of happy communities and families. Kids Helpline counsellors believe in the importance of respect when talking to young people by valuing what they have to say when they call the service.

A respectful relationship is being with someone you trust that won't hurt you physically or mentally. They are always there for you |

A respectful relationship is one where people are not patronised or judged for being who they are regardless of race, ethnicity, background or ability. |
