Alcohol and Other Drugs

Here at Kids Helpline we sometimes receive calls from young people who misuse medications as a way of coping with difficult situations in their lives. We also receive calls from young people who use other drugs and alcohol for this purpose.

What would you say to one of your friends if you were concerned they were misusing a substance?
