Stood up to bullies (11 year old girl)
When I was in grade 5 the boys and girls used to tease me big time. They never stopped. It went on for a while. I told my parents, told my teacher and they were told off for it, but it continued. After about 10 weeks I decided to confront them all myself. My nana had taught me to stand up to bullies, not pick fights with them, but to stand up to them because they think you're too weak and stubborn to do anything. So I stood up to the bullies and they were shocked but it stopped them. I think that the lesson here is that bullies are actually the weak ones so standing up to them stops them in their tracks, because they are too afraid to do anything else.
