Everyone experiences grief and loss at some time in their lives
There are lots of different ways that people show their grief.
Sometimes you may find that you cry a lot and are very upset. Sometimes you can be sad and not cry, and this is OK. Don't worry if other people cry and you don't.
Also, grown ups can grieve differently to kids.
Remember we are all different
Sometimes you may feel shocked and angry. You may feel it's unfair, or feel guilty or blame yourself. You may wonder ‘Did I do something wrong?’ The answer is NO - it's not your fault! Sometimes these things just happen.
