Feeling Sad


Important info

If you:

  • have been feeling sad for a really long time
  • find it hard to feel good about your day
  • feel things are just not right and you're not sure why

Remember - you're not alone.

If you've been feeling any of the above, it's really important to talk to a trusted adult like a parent, carer, teacher or counsellor, about how you're feeling.

A lot of kids ring Kids Helpline when they are feeling sad. Talking to a counsellor about what's making you sad can help you feel better.
