Feeling Sad


When you are ready, here are some things that might help you:

  • Do things to show how you feel. Write, draw, cry, paint, build, be as creative as you want!
  • Time on your own. Spend some time on your own doing your favourite thing.
  • Chill Out. Play outside, play a game, read a book, listen to some music, watch a movie, be with your friends. It's OK to take time out to do something just for you and just because you like it!
  • Talk to someone. Talk to someone you trust, and know will listen. This could be your parents, friends, a family member or a counsellor.
