This is really important! Make sure you still do the activities you enjoy whether it's playing sports, going to the movies or going to a friend's house after school. When you do the things that you enjoy and are with people you like, it helps you to feel better.
Eating well
Have you ever noticed that when you're hungry everything feels worse? This is because your body needs food to help you concentrate and to do everyday things. So when you have something important on that's making you nervous - don't forget to eat!
