Mobile Phones
Not all calls made from mobile phones to Kids Helpline are free.
As a rough guide:
- Calls from the Optus network, including Virgin, are free and will not be listed on your phone bill
- Calls from other network providers may cost money and be listed on your phone bill
Remember kids can always call from a home phone or a payphone for free.
They can also use our email or web counselling services.
